I started hitting the gym and began running in 2005. Since then, I never stopped.
A few years ago I also started focusing on fitness nutrition and experimenting in the kitchen with new ingredients. My “Ady’s Kitchen” concept was born. Since abs are made in the kitchen, I started to live by the clean eating concept. It helped me ban a lot of unhealthy eating habits, while discovering ingredients I never heard about. I recently also started using superfoods in my diet.
My philisophy is simple and hardly new: a healthy mind in a healthy body.
In 2015 I discovered the power of yoga on physical, mental and spiritual level. Recently I completed a 200h ashtanga yoga teacher training course, so I can guide others on their path to a healthy lifestyle.
